Acrylic Warranty

1) Warranty Duration: Acrylic Panels provided by Leyu Acrylic are warranted to be free of workmanship defects for a period of ten (10) years from the date of sale.
2) Yellowing Discoloration: UV Resistant sheets are warranted against yellowing for a period of thirty (30) years from the date of sale.
3) Bonding: Acrylic Bonding are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of ten (10) years from the date of sale.
4) Evaluation of Panels Prior to Shipment: Panels found to be defective at Leyu Acrylic prior to the original shipment shall be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to the owner/user.
5) Liability of Expenses: This warranty is limited to the original purchase price of acrylic only. In the event of service or repair, all transportation, removal, installation or consequential expenses shall be the responsibility of the purchaser or owner.

1) This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by improper use, improper selection of rebate waterproofing membrane, or improper application of defective material, accidents, misuse, humidity control, electrical power failure, surface deterioration of the panel caused by persons, improper cleaning procedures, cleaning with abrasive chemicals, abuse or act of nature.
2) Any private modification or alteration such as drilling, cutting, sawing gluing and any action to bending, melting, tapping or other similar means will void the warranty.
3) Leyu Acrylic liability to the original purchaser is limited to the repair or replacement value and does not extend to the contents or any other consequential damage.
4) Leyu Acrylic shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from clients’ willful, negligent actions.
5) Any damage or loss resulting from force majeure events which are not within the reasonable control of Leyu Acrylic is without the scope of our liability.

The purchaser and/or user hereby agree that Leyu Acrylic maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price in any and all circumstances.
