Zhengzhou Haichang Ocean Tourism Resort is located in Zhongmu International Cultural and Creative Industry Park, Zhengzhou, Henan Province. As the first large-scale marine cultural tourism resort in Central China, it realizes the “Central Plains Ocean Dream”.
