Design and Engineering
We have a professional engineering team that can help you realize your vision. Our team performs finite element analysis and panel load calculations on every project to ensure safety and functionality.
Integral casting
The acrylic sheets produced by Leyu Acrylic have excellent performance and characteristics. The largest panel ever produced is 10*3m, and seamless splicing technology can extend the acrylic panel infinitely. The thickness of acrylic produced by Leyu Acrylic can reach up to 800mm.
Splicing
Due to transportation restrictions, Leyu Acrylic can cut the acrylic panels according to your project and then splice them on site. Leyu Acrylic has unparalleled bonding technology. Due to the flexibility of bonding on site or in the factory, we can produce any configuration imaginable.
Forming
Leyu Acrylic provides the design and manufacturing of acrylic panel forming tools, all done in-house. Our multiple large proprietary drying chambers are designed for thermoforming even the largest, most complex shaped panels. Heat bend the acrylic panel to the arc you need.
Manufacturing and Processing
We have a variety of manufacturing and machining capabilities, with well-trained staff skilled in making acrylic sheets.
Polished
We have a highly skilled team of experts in acrylic finishing. Each panel is finished by hand, and with over twenty years of cumulative experience, you can rest assured that your acrylic project will be handled with care and of the highest quality.
QC
We have a dedicated team to ensure that all products meet the strictest specifications and are free from defects.
Logistics
We work with professional logistics companies to safely transport your acrylic panels to your destination. The product packaging uses protective film and high-quality KT board, and export products are fixed with wooden boxes or angle steel.
Installation
We have more than 20 years of experience in installing panels. As for the team, we have a professional and dedicated design and installation management team. We strive for excellence from panel production to installation. We have currently participated in more than 70 aquariums and 100 aquariums. The production of multiple swimming pool projects has never stopped at our pace. We strive to provide the highest quality products and best service in the industry before, during and after installation. It is the "Excellent Construction Unit of Nanchang Wanda Cultural Tourism City" and the "Best Partner".
Leyu Acrylic has invested for more than 20 years, integrating the production, production and sales of plexiglass sheets, putting product quality in the first place.
